A great recipe with kale and bacon

If you:

1) want to be healthy

2) have lots of kale or collards to use

3) like a yummy recipe

you came to the right blog post. I was thinking this afternoon about what I could make for dinner that would be quick and easy since I have lots to do today. I have tons of kale  and collard plants to use, so I looked up “kale bacon” and this recipe is what I found.  This is definitely a repeat, it’s delicious and nutritious! Don’t leave out the lemon wedge, it’s imperative for a complete spoonful. Bon apetit!

Tips: I used lentils instead of garbanzo beans and organic vegetable broth with no MSG (found at the health food store). If my kiefer would have worked out today I would have used that as well.
